Ordering Information

After your order has been processed on our site you will receive an Online Access Code on the final purchase confirmation page and in your email receipt. This Online Access Code will allow you to instantly access your text at the National Social Science Press web site (www.nsspress.com).

A complimentary printed supplement may be requested by going to www.nsspress.com/print-request.htm with the necessary information that will include a USPS Mailing address and the Online Access Code as provided. An email with the USPS Priority Mail Tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address provided once the request is processed.

National Digital Book Company can only ship to United States addresses. All prices include shipping and handling. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Monday-Friday (except on holidays).

All texts available at the National Digital Book Company website use an interactive approach integrating the text, the Internet, and computer technology to present material that will engage the reader. Every order includes access to the interactive text at the publisher’s password-protected website (www.nsspress.com), where you can access the continuously updated digital text, as well as additional supplemental material that may include PowerPoint Presentations, a Printable PDF for the text, tests, and content search options. All online accounts created at the National Social Science Press site can be accessed on computers, laptops, iPads and tablets, and most readers with Internet access with the login name and password that is created.

Return Policy

Full credit for returns is offered when:

  1. The refund is requested and the following items have been met within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase:
  2. The Access Code provided during purchase process must be new and unused.
    1. The Access Code can not have been used to create an account at www.nsspress.com for online access to the digital text.
    2. The Access Code can not have been used to request the complimentary printed supplement.
  3. In the event that the original Access Code has been used then the following items must be met:
    1. If online access at www.nsspress was created:
      1. The class must have been officially dropped by the student / person named on the online account.
      2. An email MUST be received (sent to manager@nsspress.com or manager@ndbco.com) from the instructor selected during the registration process that confirms the following:
        1. The student / registered user’s first and last name
        2. The title of the digital text
        3. The instructor’s name
        4. The original Access Code
    2. If a printed supplement was requested:
      1. The unopened package must be returned and received within 45 days from the original order date.
      2. If the package has been opened or the envelope/seal has been broken then the following must also be met: An email MUST be received (sent to manager@nsspress.com or manager@ndbco.com) from the instructor selected during the registration process that confirms the following:
        1. The student/registered user’s first and last name
        2. The title of the digital text
        3. The instructor’s name
        4. The original Access Code
    3. If an online account was created AND the printed supplement were requested then all requirements (A and B) listed above must be met.

National Digital Book Company is not responsible for return costs/postage. It is up to the purchaser to return the material to NDBCo at their own expense. We suggest a tracking number be attached to the item to ensure delivery and insurance on the package. We do not accept hand-delivered returns.
